Cederberg Brewery, Clanwilliam 

What began as a small hobby has evolved into a full-fledged Craft Beer revolution. In 2009, our humble brewhouse produced a mere 200 liters, but with the passage of time, our production has grown 50 times that amount.
David Niewoudt, the winemaker and owner of Cederberg Wines and Brewery, initiated this endeavor with a simple objective: "To craft the beer we desire to drink." Our brewery is run by a dedicated and enthusiastic team, led by the current brewmaster Thinus Botha who approaches his craft with a reverence for ingredients and brewing processes. Gerrit Smit, also known as Gert Koevert, oversees the business operations and management of the brewery.
